All Helicharter Wales gift flight vouchers are strictly valid for a 6 month period. If you have been bought a voucher for a single, or two seats on a shared Flight Above, Vista or Vista Plus flight you may book a flight on any of the following dates within your 6 month gift voucher deadline.

As the foregoing flights require 3 passengers booked in order to depart, we do not guarantee any flight booking until all three seats have been filled. Where we are unable to fill the flight which you have requested, an alternative time or date may be offered. Once a flight is filled, a Flight Confirmation document will be sent to you.

BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. Should we not have sufficient demand for a flight event in Swansea Airport or Aberystwyth you will need to use your voucher at Haverfordwest Airport. On single voucher sales “FLIGHT ABOVE” , “VISTA” and “VISTA PLUS” vouchers only may be used. Ask our staff about upgrading your flight to a No Share which may be used at any venue and any time from Haverfordwest Airport (subject to aircraft availability).

ALL FLIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO HELICHARTER WALES FLIGHT CONDITIONS (COPIES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST) AND ARE SUBJECT TO HELICOPTER AVAILABILITY AND WEATHER CONDITIONS. HELICHARTER WALES LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER ANY OF THE FOREGOING DATES AT THEIR DISCRETION.
